Busbar processing
Combined cutting, punching, and bending prepares copper bars for approved panel ratings and arrangements.
Manufacturing in Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia
From engineering review to final inspection, Al-Meftaha brings the critical stages of low-voltage panel manufacturing together through controlled in-house processes.
Controlled production
Al-Meftaha manufactures project-specific electrical panels through coordinated engineering, enclosure fabrication, copper busbar processing, mechanical assembly, wiring, inspection, and testing.
Keeping these stages connected gives the team direct control over build quality, project ratings, component selection, panel arrangement, and final documentation.
The manufacturing journey
Seven connected stages turn project requirements into a finished, inspected electrical assembly.

Project definition
Ratings, calculations, technical scope, applicable standards, single-line diagrams, schematics, and approved shop drawings define the build.

Enclosure production
Enclosures and internal partitions are cut, punched, formed, welded, treated, and powder coated to the approved arrangement.

Copper preparation
Copper busbars are sized, cut, punched, bent, finished, and prepared to match the approved current and short-circuit requirements.

Panel construction
Frames, compartments, busbars, gland plates, protective devices, controls, and accessories are installed to the approved layout.

Electrical integration
Power and control wiring, ferruling, termination, labelling, metering, control devices, and protection functions are integrated to the wiring schedules.

Documented verification
Completed panels undergo visual, mechanical, electrical, continuity, insulation, functional, protection, and interlock checks as applicable to the project.

Final preparation
After approval, the equipment is protected and prepared for dispatch together with the documentation required by the project scope.
Equipment & capabilities
The facility supports enclosure production, copper preparation, integration, and electrical verification within one coordinated manufacturing workflow.

Combined cutting, punching, and bending prepares copper bars for approved panel ratings and arrangements.
Shearing, punching, and forming for enclosure panels and internal partitions.
Frame fabrication, bracketry, and mounting preparation for project-specific builds.
Electrostatic application and curing of polyester powder finishes.
Dielectric withstand testing of completed electrical assemblies.
Electrical integrity and point-to-point verification against approved schedules.
Quality & testing
Each completed assembly is checked against its approved drawings, construction requirements, wiring information, and project test plan before release.
